The Photo of racers bombing the (DH/ Down-Hill) course on the right, is an image I captured attending a race as a corner Marshall in 2014. My personal DH skills are on an Intermediate Skill level, requiring more speed checks, to scrub momentum, which works for me. However I can teach some basic fundamentals on getting started with Longboard DH and Freeride skating, that could lead you to this level of Downhill Racing.

  • Safety taught in conjunction with;
                Cars/ road conditions/ rocks/ your board control/ sun/ etc.
  • LDP (Long Distance Pushing)
    • Tips on learning to Skate Switch.
    • Fundamentals of Pump Distance Skating.
  • Brake checks taught, enables speed control.
  • Controlling your Carve
  • Skating down and up edges on driveways and raised street.
  • Stance for DH (Down-Hill)/
    • Pushing flats and picking up speed.
  • Learning about Skateboard products, such as;
                Bushings/ Decks/ Trucks/ Wheels/ Bearings/ etc.
  • Also available are numerous Custom Longboards to Demo ride;
                Multiple deck styles and variety of widths and lengths.
                Deck styles; Double drop/ Drop through/ top mount/ etc.
  • Custom Demo Longboards built with numerous top brands
                of wheels and trucks.
